　　這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題。

　　This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical,

　　but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths. I feel that my strongest asset is my   ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment   when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction.And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made  up  for it by doing an honor's thesis.

　　You cannot avoid this question by saying

　　that you do not have any, everyone has

　　weaknesses.The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to  overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work  to the company's advantage. I'm such a   perfectionist that I won't stop until a job  is well done.

　　Never apologize for what you have done. I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class. As an intern for the X  Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.

　　?被老師打斷怎么辦？

　　一般情況下，如果老師看出你是在背事先準備好的材料，他會有意打斷你，問一些其他的問題，測試一下你的反應能力。這個時候，不要慌，抓住重點，回答盡量靠往自己熟悉的知識點上。如果導師的打斷，剛好戳中你的“軟肋”，那就誠實地告訴導師自己對問題不了解，然后就要依靠自己的專業(yè)敏感度對問題做出一定的嘗試性回答。當然，你的回答也許并不那么精準，但至少可以讓老師感覺到你的認真。

　　如果是英語面試，通過一些簡單的手段可以提高導師對你的關注度。比如“not only…but also”“rather…than”等句型，可增強表達的連貫性和邏輯性。另外還可以多用一些口語意味較強的詞匯，使自我介紹更富有新鮮感。

　　?其它經典面試問題

　　（1）What can you tell me about  yourself ？（關于你自己，你能告訴我些什么？）

　　分析：如果面試沒有安排自我介紹的時間，這就是一個必問的問題。考官并不希望你大談你的個人歷史，而是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索。

　?。?）What would you like to be doing five years after graduation ？（在畢業(yè)以后5 年內想做些什么？）

　　分析：你要清楚你實際上能勝任什么。

　　(3）What is your greatest strength ?（你最突出的優(yōu)點是什么？）

　　分析：這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題，這是你“展示自己”的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負，但要讓導師知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點。

　　（4）What is your greatest weakness ？（你最大的弱點是什么？）

　　分析：你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題。每個人都有弱點，最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，并有克服弱點的計劃。

　　分析：絕不要對你以前的所作所為表示內疚。

　?。?）介紹自己姓名時，發(fā)音一定要準( 南方考生要多加注意)。

　?。?）一定要把原來學校的英文名稱、專業(yè)的英文名稱弄清楚（尤其是跨校、跨專業(yè)的學生）。

　　（3）待考官明確說出“This is the end of the test, thank you”之后，再站起來，拿好自己的東西，如準考證，與考官說再見：“Thank you, goodbye.”或“Thank you for  your interview，goodbye.”然后離開。

　?。?）對于考官所提問題不能用只言片語來應付，盡量避免只用YES 或NO 回答，一定要有原因或例子；但也不能不加控制盲目亂說，要注意聽完考官的指示語后再回答?？脊俚闹甘菊Z后再回答。
